Mark O’Toole is an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited and the Founder/Managing Director of Ascent Private Wealth.
Mark O’Toole is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has over 31 years experience in the financial services industry, providing clients with financial advice. These include numerous company directors and executives from various firms such as BHP, Fosters, NAB, ANZ and partners from multiple mid and upper level tier law firms.
Mark successfully led the business through a number of economic downturns, including the 2008 GFC and Covid 19 Global Pandemic in 2020. Mark O’Toole has a Diploma in Financial Planning and Master of Commerce (Financial Planning) from Western Sydney University. Mark has also attended the Stanford School of Business Executive Education Program in California in February 2013. He was previously the inaugural Company Secretary for the Australian Himalayan Foundation (Public Charity). Mark is currently a trustee for the Sunrise Foundation.
