Jaclyn is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne. She has been working at Ascent periodically since 2016 and is the niece of Mark O’Toole.

As an Office Assistant and Client Services Administer, her time at Ascent has included uploading the physical filing system onto Xplan, day-to-day filing, scheduling appointments, emailing clients, and searching for information relevant to implementations.

In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys studying history, reading novels, and exploring the outdoors.
